Huedrobe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

  • Account information: email address, and authentication data if you sign in with Google.
  • Usage data: your selected color season, saved items, and general interaction with the Service.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details ourselves — Stripe handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize the Service (e.g., remembering your color season and saved items)
  • To process subscription payments
  • To communicate with you about your account or the Service
  • To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database/authentication) and Stripe (payment processing), each of which has its own privacy practices.
  • Affiliate networks: when you click a product link, the retailer/affiliate network may receive information about the referral (this is standard for affiliate tracking and does not include your personal account details).
  • Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
