Terms of Service

Welcome to Huedrobe. By accessing or using our website, app, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Huedrobe helps users discover clothing matched to their personal color palette based on seasonal color analysis. We provide informational and shopping recommendations; we do not sell clothing directly. Purchases are made through third-party retailers, and Huedrobe is not a party to those transactions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Huedrobe offers a free tier and a paid “Premium” subscription billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Third-Party Retailer Links and Purchases

The Service contains links to third-party retailer websites. Huedrobe is not responsible for the products, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or customer service of any third-party retailer. Any purchase you make through these links is a transaction solely between you and the retailer, governed by that retailer's own terms and policies.

5. Affiliate Relationships

Huedrobe may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a purchase through them. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. No Guarantee of Color-Match Accuracy

Color matching provided by the Service is generated using automated color-analysis technology and is intended as a styling aid, not a professional or medical service. Actual color perception varies by device screen, lighting, and individual eyesight. We do not guarantee that any matched item will be perceived as a “perfect” match in person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology on the Service (excluding third-party product images and retailer content) are the property of Huedrobe and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huedrobe and its owner(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a purchased product, third-party retailer issues, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
